The reservation can be cancelled or modified, without any penalty, up to 3 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled or modified 2 days or less before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Early check-in – can be requested at the hotel 24 hours in advance. For Early Check-in after 8:00 am, a supplement duly confirmed by the hotel will apply; to guarantee an Early Check-in before 8:00 am, the guest must book the previous night.*
Late check out – this can be requested at the hotel the day before departure. For late check-outs before 6:00 pm, a supplement of ½ daily rate will apply, corresponding to the price of the night in question; from 6:00 pm onwards, the full daily rate will apply.*
